I was planning on patronizing this place, but my experience was completely ruined by the unprofessional behavior of the manager. I witnessed a shockingly rude interaction between the spa's bald short manager and a FedEx delivery driver. The manager was aggressive, dismissive, and completely uncalled for in his attitude toward the driver, who was just trying to do his job.
