i expected a small quiet spa in acton but this place has such a strong community vibe the moment you walk in. marta did my brows and honestly it hurt less than other places i have been to, plus she talked me through what she was doing the whole time so i was not nervous. they also had some lavender tea waiting and i was like oh okay this is nice, i did not expect that at all. i normally never book again right away but i literally made another appointment on my way out. just a really good experience and kind people who clearl... read more

Class went fine. Communication was smooth until taking the course and after it fell off. I will say I’m not disappointed with the course itself. I am however unhappy with the communication after. On my last day of training I paid for a skin Ink kit and was told it would be shipped asap once they had it back in stock. It’s been since Feb 28th, 2026, I send messages and left voicemails. It was shipped to the wrong address supposedly for the second time. I had to request a tracking number as I hadn’t received it the first time.... read more
