I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Goddard Point Hope. Demi and her team have demonstrated a lack of professionalism in managing the facility and also following through and sticking to their word. Despite their advertised “benefits of building access” I have been denied access to these amenities or being helped with them in anyway. The Goddard has been a wonderful place to live. The tall ceilings make the apartment feel spacious. The amenities are beautiful and always clean. It is in a great location. We are walking distance to restaurants and grocery store and other necessities. The staff has been helpful every step of the way.
I have only lived here for a month but I love it so far! Everyone is very nice and they use Cobu to connect residents with one another. Still a little quiet as they are brand new!
I had such a good experience touring here and am happy to say I am making Goddard Point Hope my new home! The apartment complex is beautiful and very well kept. It is in such a good area with shops and restaurants all around. Everything requires a key fob so it is very safe! All the team members live on site which is such a perk and shows how welcoming and homey this apartment complex is. I’ve had a fantastic experience with Goddard Point Hope! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. The amenities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
