My husband and I moved here in November of 2025, and we have absolutely loved living here! For us, it really isn't just a place to live but has become a community. We moved here worried because we didn't know anyone, we didn't know the area but thankfully through the events held by the Riggs' we were able to build connections! Sat for 20 minutes while no one came up to us to acknowledge us. Pretty sure they racially profiled us, because it was glass walls. If there were having a meeting i'd get it but at least speak to us or flip the sign on the door that says welcoming guess
We are leaving this review after touring many of the apartment complexes on Daniel Island in search of our new home. Our conclusion: While there are some nice options in the area, we left most impressed by Goddard at Point Hope. Management was something that was very important to us as it says a lot about what your experience will be. We can tell that the management at Goddard with Demi leading the team is top notch. One of the nicest and newest apartment complexes I’ve seen. The staff is amazing and always cater towards your needs. I truly recommend this place if you’re looking towards moving to Charleston
