I am new to the business here in Goddard. I was researching Hustler ZTR mowers and that eventually led me to Goddard Outdoor Power. After spending time with knowledgeable staff I decided to order a Dash XD. It took a week or so to get my item in from the factory, which happily is made nearby in Heston. I was also pleased with the sale price and that there was free pickup and delivery when my machine needs servicing. That was the clincher!
First time using them. So far not really a good first go. The technician that worked on our mower disassembled the hydrostatic transmission and valve cover gaskets to the tune of about 500 bucks.... after picking up, it now will leak out on the floors in about 6 1/2 hours. Currently asking them to repair. Owner got involved, mower was fixed, so far so good.
