This firm uses bait and switch tactics. They were perfectly willing to work with me when they were under the impression I would pay a retainer fee, but when I shared this was via a MetLife legal benefit from my employer, they then stated “unfortunately, due to their current trial schedule and current case load, our attorneys are unable to assist with your matter.” Unethical.
I had the pleasure of working with Alison and retaining her services for two separate child custody cases involving my two minor children. While it's already difficult trying to navigate the family courts as a father, Alison made the entire process smooth. Alison is the most intelligent, respected, well-prepared, and fearless attorneys in IL family law. I would recommend her to anyone.
Greenwich is a top notch firm to do business with-end of. Jessica, Alison and their team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous when recently guiding us through the minefield that is estate planning. They made it very simple and easy to understand things. Moreover, they have adapted their process to accommodate for Covid so we did the signing remotely meaning less time out of our day. I cannot recommend them highly enough-if it's estate planning you're looking for, Greenwich should be your first choice.
Worst lawyer! I had them as a GAL for a case 2 years ago. Mean, rude and overly judgemental. I have called them 3 times recently and they must not check their voice mail or know how to answer their paying customers phone calls!
