We almost got tax audited fooling with them. During 2023, we got our State tax, but not our Federal taxes. We tried to contact them the whole 2023 after May bc of red flags on the taxes. Got a closer look and he had put that my husband had employees for his small business and contributions, which raised eyebrows at the IRS. Finally we got in touch with him this year ( I mean actually come to the phone) and he swear he didn’t put the $10,000 employee credit on there. If you want your taxes done wrong, lose money, have your tax guy yell at you over the phone, change stories multiple times, not reply emails or calls. Go ahead and use them. Despicable tax place. So unprofessional and dangerous!
