I’m also very dissatisfied with the food service at the party. We waited a long time . the children were taken out from climbing, being told the food was ready, but then we waited 30 minutes for it to arrive. I was lucky I had brought some chips with me so the children could eat something until the food came. Also, the drinks were not on the table, and they only brought them after being asked. My experience at Social Fair was amazing! Had my son’s birthday party there and all the parents and kids loved it. Jennifer was our party host and she was helpful amazing and so patient with all the kids. The stuff were amazing crazy to talk to. 5 ⭐️s emails back and forth before the party was fast and clear. The staff were all fantastic - the register staff, the girl in the climbing area (didn’t catch her name but she was phenomenal) and the staff in the dining area - all friendly and seem to really love being at work. The food was a little hit and miss but I put it down to personal preference. Schnitzel was big and the pizza was yummy. I just think the chippies may have been a bit overcooked. My son loved the chocolate milkshake!
