Great service as usual at Gochee’s. Eric is so pleasant and helpful.
Today go to did scheduled brake repair on my car. The work was done on time and on budget. Communication was excellent. Happy to recommend this car repair shop.
Update as of 12/29/25 Following the owner’s public response stating that he hoped to discuss this matter further and work toward a resolution, I sent a direct email to Mr. Gochee over two weeks ago. I have not received any response. Given the lack of follow-up despite that public commitment, I have filed a formal complaint with the New York State DMV so that a neutral third party can review the situation and find a resolution. I am so pleased to have found Gochee's Garage. They are trustworthy, fair in their pricing and pleasant to work with unlike some of the big dealerships in the area. I am glad my neighbor recommended them to me.
