Disappointed to say the least! Our experience started off poorly and stayed that way for the entire trip! With a wait time of over an hour on the camper even though I had previously completed the express check in. Then we faced mechanical troubles with campervan changing up/down gear more frequently than needed and brakes next to none existent coming down steep descents. Super friendly staff, efficient service. The motorhome was spotless. Easy to drive. Would highly recommend this company.
My husband and I had our Cruisin camper for 9 days travelling around Tasmania. We loved the layout and what came with it and the ease of pick up and return. Would be keen to do it again sometime.
Positive: well-equipped and comfortable campervan. Facilitated a relatively last minute booking. Negative: The van was not available until 1pm on the day of collection. Despite this, I was still charged for that full day. They refused to compromise and offer any kind of refund for the missed morning of rental.
The motorhome we rented for 2 weeks was well equipped, bare a few details.
