Horrible service!!! Did not do the service that we scheduled for. Instead charged $50 for tire rotation which we could have done at home. Scheduled the appointment under my son's phone number and email since its his truck, and instead of text the phone number booked with the appointment they text my number which I purposely did not put down because I don't have access to my phone during work. The service team here is outstanding! Tonight my passenger window was stuck down and would not go back up. The service team went above and beyond tonight to get my window fixed. They worked past closing time and managed to get everything working properly. I'm so very grateful!
Justina was a very friendly and professional service advisor, provided an accurate timeframe and got me what I needed to get back on the road prepared for the snow!
