Dealing with Mona and her team was pleasurable she is very understanding she always asked how I and the family were. She delt with my situation truthfully and gave her thoughts when I asked . Mona was very detailed and followed up on emails in a timely manner. Iam looking forward dealing with Mona in the future I would highly recommend her.
I do not recommend her. Initially, she was polite and responsive, but after hiring her, communication became inconsistent and delayed. When the transaction became more complex, her attitude turned unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh (she was extremely, extremely rude). She did not clearly explain the documents she required me to sign, despite that being a key part of her job. Additionally, she pressured me into decisions that seemed to benefit her more than me.
