There was a leak in my Go Boat I received not long ago. I was in the middle of the lake and couldn't get back to shore before the boat, trolley, battery and a few other things sunk. I am very mad because I have tried to get a hold of Go Boat and they do not answer me. I have called and left messages and filled out their form to no avail. They just ignore me.
I ordered a GoBoat and received it a few weeks ago. I finally had a chance to take it out with my sons this past Easter weekend. The motor does not work. I have emailed them repeatedly with video showing that the motor does not work. I have called and left voicemails. I am not getting a response. We've had our Goboats for over a year now and we absolutely love them! They are so portable we have taken them all over Florida! It's really a great way to get out on the water! Whether you're browsing for wildlife or on the water to fish, I recommend getting a GoBoat. The company and staff are absolutely amazing! Top notch customer service and support.
