If I could give zero stars I would. Gobin's was once a trusted, family-run business with a strong reputation in the community. Since selling to All Copy, it has become openly shady and borderline predatory. What used to be honest service is now aggressive, misleading, and upsell-driven. Elderly customers in particular are pressured into unnecessary work and unclear charges. The trust this company built over decades has been burned. Same name, very different operation. Avoid.

If you lease, you can NEVER leave. I cancelled a year ago. They keep billing me for a printer I am not using. They failed to send me info about where to send the printer as promised. DO NOT USE this company unless you want to make payments for old equipment into eternity!
