In my opinion and experience, their knowledge about RTA is very poor. Olga included me as a landlord in her client's application just because I listed the property for rent. She did not fully understood section 2(1) of the Act. I told her she is wrong and when the application came up for hearing, LTB Adjudicator ordered her to remove my name. I have now sued her clients to recover my legal cost. My heart goes for her innocent clients. I accidentally checked "Scott McEachern's Post" and what I read about Olga and Marty, OMG
