The review that gave one star is for "Phil" Gobie...very unfair to Graham, totally separate business. Graham Gobie is excellent.
My job was looking for a plumber to receive a quote on some leak issues we have with our toilets. My coworkers were very busy, and since I was not scheduled to work, I figured I would try to help them out and look for a plumber while they were swamped. Phil answered and was very condescending as I was trying my best to explain the issue. I gave him the names of the equipment one plumber said needed repair.
