I ordered a roof rack for my car on November 3rd, 2025. I had a cross country road trip planned and was assured that the rack would arrive within 6-8 week time frame. It’s been over 2 months now and the rack has not been delivered. I haven’t even recieved a tracking e-mail with the items. I tried calling earlier this week, just to be told that the items was being held at a shipping center and I would “receive a call back to schedule a delivery”. We just got our Gobi Ranger for my 2017 4Runner. Gobi customer service was wonderful to work with. I love that they are American made and honor their veterans with a military discount! The rack was was easy to install with detailed directions. The lead time was 4-6 weeks with it arriving, right on time, mid December. My rig is now a head turner....she looks tough! Functional and good looking. LOVE GOBI!
I got a gobi stealth rack and its by far one of the best roof racks you can get, took it on a light trip and it handed it really well no rattles and installation was straightforward and easy and it doesnt weigh as much as other roof racks
