Not just one of the best looking racks on the road but also great people! We visited them in Aurora recently to buy a ladder and they not only installed it for us but they re-trimmed and re-installed our wind deflector too! i contact gobi rack several time (email, phone call) about missing item or defected but they never reply
Their rack looked wonderful for two years before the rust settled in. I had to pay my mechanic $3000 to sand, treat the rust and repaint the rack. That’s only half of my complaint. When I needed repair parts, I had to call and email them repeatedly and still got no response. Finally, I left them another message letting them know that I would be leaving them a one star Google review. Guess what: they finally responded.
