I love my Gobi Rack
Ordered a latter over a month ago as I contacted the seller they gave me the information so I contacted GOBI myself still haven't received anything as I sent email as well as calling to speak to them, all I get is we're going through employee changes and they assure it will be shipped this has occured multiple times as it's seemingly to be a fraudulent sale with my credit agency two months and no product, I research their complaints and noticed they have been accused of fraud and stealing money for their sales which the cust... read more
I recently had a big trip out west to Utah and needed a new roof rack for my Jeep. The team at Gobi helped me take delivery of the roof rack in time for my trip and went above and beyond to take care of me. Sandra was particularly helpful and her communication was prompt. When we ran into a logistics issue, Gobi was quick to act and make it right for me. I just received and installed my rack on my new 2025 392 Rubicon. I installed the rack by myself without any help and the installation went perfectly. I do recommend a helper but it’s doable with only one person. It looks amazing and compliments the Jeep. The quality is awesome and it was packed perfectly. I’m a very happy customer. Highly recommend.
