After losing my ability to walk unassisted in early 2024 (and recently becoming blind in one eye due to a cataract) it's an especially HUGE BLESSING to discover GoBG Transit has door to door van service anywhere within Bowling Green city limits! Nice people in the office helped me with questions for a handicapped friend of mine
I have been utilizing the go-bus system sporadically for around 6 months now. I presently stand very well pleased with the quality of services that drivers such as Deanna, Micheal and triatta provide. They are all very good, safe and courteous drivers and I commend them for their efforts. I not only express my satisfaction with words? But have attempted to do so also in the form of a tip. Unfortunately, they are not allowed to receive tips!
