I would give this banking institution 0 stars if I could. I don't recommend the service. They obviously have employees that will harass your account or prevent regular transactions from going through. So PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. The reps will tell you that if your renting a car or hotel, they place a 200.00 hold on your account, like we don't know the process used in the U.S. They will make your money inaccessible by bringing your account balance to 0.
