Go Auto very good professional service,always gave prompt service an best advice on auto insurance.
My first few visits were ok. This month when I tried to go to office to pay my bill, I was there at 9:30 so I would be the first person there when they opened at 10 am. By 10:10 nobody showed up to office, so I tried to call the 800 number, which I was calling during their open hours and no answer. I tried several times. Then I sat there till 10:30, still no one in office. So I go on sight, changed my password cuz I couldn't remember the original one so I could pay on line. Then payed my bill online. The store appears to be permanently closed. Have gone multiple times in the past 2 weeks and the lights are off with no one inside and door locked. No sign saying what is going on.
Worst of the worst. Shoot be named No Auto. Booo
