They had me waiting for a representative for over 20 min with no response
Great insurance bad customer service, not welcoming at all, no hi ,hello, well be right with you, workers just kept their head down and didn't say anything,very awkward, so my husband and I just sat down in chair until they called us, and no they were not on a call or anything, at first I thought it was my husband and I but another lady came in with her kid and they totally ignored her just like they did us, just very rude to be honest, If you're going to work with customers, at least have some sort of customer service skill... read more
