Tienen buenos precios y justo ,pero para responder las llamadas toma tiempo ,he estado 2 días consecutivos tratando de comunicarme y esperando en línea hasta 45 minutos, quiero pensar que no tienen suficiente personal.
El servicio es completamente fatal. Llame una semana entera para poder renovar mi servicio a tiempo y no contestaron nunca 1hr y media esperando aparte que los que atienden la llamada son completamente pesados me cambio a otro insurance

I would not recommend my car got totaled out a month ago they been took my car and everything but won’t answer the phone so I can start my process to get a new car wasn’t even able to renew my car insurance bc they won’t answer the phone Stae’s on the phone for 2hrs
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE I went to the location located on 9210 SH-6 S Ste I Houston, TX 77083 near the smoothie king watch out for the big Hispanic lady her attitude look just like her face and the building smell just like her 😷
