GoAuto is easily the worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In February 2026, I was hit at a stop sign by one of their policyholders. He admitted to the police that he was at fault and was ticketed for failure to maintain his lane, yet it still took me over a month to reach anyone at GoAuto. My car had around $20,000 in damage, but they refused to cover the full amount and offered only $7,000.
