Absolutely horrible customer service. No one answers calls. The app is not user friendly and you can't make any changes through it.

If you ever need to call in and make a payment just don’t…. they never answer the phone will leave you waiting until they close on hold and then just hang up. Call back the next day to be on hold for 53 mins and then hung up on again. Go auto please hire workers who A know how to do their job and B WANT to do it. I’ve never had this many issues trying to pay a bill that yall have no problem adding them late fees too real quick.
