Never answer phone tried 4 day to call make payment 30 minutes each time on hold never answered phone
They said they couldn't find the VIN# we provided them off the title to a new truck we purchased. Then said it had to be insured as a commercial vehicle. Both my husband and I have excellent driving records and they finally quoted over $700 to get the policy started and then almost $300 a month. Absolutely unacceptable and the customer service lady was rude and condescending. Horrible experience!
The stuff there are friendly n helpful on helping u get insurance.. goauto has very good rates. I recommend them...
