Severely poor communication! Im on the phone now, I despise calling them, they're not that darn busy to where they can not answer the phone at least with 10 minutes, waiting now and I've been waiting now 19 minutes and counting; they're always having log in issues to- like really- i have nothing better to do- 😡

Go auto sucks nobody ever answers the phone
I there was a negative 10 star they would win it. They do not answer the phone at all. Been on hold for 48 min and no answer and then hung up. This company is the worst and they suck. Also the people at the store are rude and they don't help at all. They need to be shut down forever. Stay away regardless of what it cost. Cheap is not good in this case. Please do not make the mistake and do business with this useless insurance company.
En fecha 06/24/2025 yo, Jazmine Wehbe solicité mediante llamada telefónica con la Srta Dora Santana, dar de baja a las pólizas de 2 vehículos Honda Pilot 2020 y 2022 (pólizas que se pagaron cash en mayo de este año). Ese mismo momento se solicitó vía email a la Srta. Santana que la devolución del cheque del dinero de la póliza me la hicieran a la dirección que se especificó mediante el email.
