Poor communication with insurance adjusters for a long period of times and delays on call backs when needing updates on cases and to long of a hold time just freaking horrible and I’m not even a policyholder
Trash poor customer service they just want your money. They answer the phone, messages or emails. You can’t ever get in contact with nobody. I repeat this company is trash
Too expensive for a full coverage . Almost a house rent payment 🥵
