I would give this company negative stars, I have messages from my adjuster, she has no idea we're my car is located, I have literally done her job , while I have been at work, the accident happened last month and the police report is very clear that it's not my fault, my adjuster told me , she thought I was going through the other company... I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Go Auto Insurance, particularly from my assigned claims adjuster.
