I have been with this place for over 10 years. As loyal as I am to them, they are TERRIBLE at answering the phones! I was on hold waiting for a representative for 11 minutes! The website isn't much help either!
The 2 ladies that work here at the siegen lane location are the most nasty and rude ladies I have ever met in my life . They are very in helpful. Anytime I walked in the store they were talking to friends on phone , eating , playin on computers, anything but help customers. The bad thing was there was no one in the store . Now I see why . No one wants to deal with these 2 ladies . Also the prices are higher than other insurance companies. Don’t go here . Just a piece of advice
The insurance is what is. It’s cheap if you need it to be. So surprises they tell you how it is. The lady I went to her name is Nilda. Great customer service and very nice located on Siegen.
