They fail to take care of damage to your vehicle. Claim and Supervisor have no caring about my concerns. I will not recommend this company to anyone. The Bastrop, La. agents or helpful but beyond them not good at all.
They don’t even deserve the one star it takes over an hour for anyone to even pick up the phone
I’ve been using GoAuto for a few years. I had an issue with my policy recently and the lady at the Monroe office stayed on the phone and worked with me til we got the issue fixed. She was super friendly and very patient with me. Most insurance companies would have been rude and not helpful at all. Kudos GoAuto!!! Keep up the good work.
