They never answer your call.
WORST INSURANCE EVER! SWITCH to progressive you get the same price as them! GO AUTO NEVER answers the phone so you cant get anything done with them, their app and website is trash you cant even add a vehicle!!! Yet they ALWAYS accepting your payment FAST! If i could give zero starts I WOULD!!!!!!
It’s a good place but insurance is really high and every time I try to get in touch with them it’s really hard I’ve tried multiple time and wait over a hour everytime
I purchased this policy online with vin numbers only to be told that my fiancée's vehicle would be dropped(i added it since we both drive each other's vehicle) stating i had no insurable interest with him like what???? It no where's online stated this but they were quick to accept my money, have been trying to speak to someone on the phone for over an hour about this issue.... if I could give no stars I would! Don't waste your time
