Not very friendly
If I pay yall every month ON TIME the least you lazy mfs can do is answer the damn phone!! How my wait time jump from 3 mins to 9 mins?? Not only that but I’ve called 5+ times! I had to act as if I wanted to start a new policy in order to speak with someone! I WILL BE SWITCHING MY INSURANCE COMPANY!!
The Winnsboro office manager was very friendly and helpful. Made doing business there, if not pleasurable, at least bearable. After all, they are an insurance company. Would recommend.
