I’m sorry I walked into this office this morning and by the other reviews I’ve read through today. Looks like this office could have a serious attitude adjustment and some eyelash glue for her pour eyelashes running away from her face. I moved the chair closer because I felt so far back, and she rudely told me to move the chair back and then pointed to her ridiculous sign. My experience with this Go Auto representative was extremely disappointing. They were rude, unprofessional, and displayed a lack of basic respect for customers. Their demeanor came across as discriminatory, and the way they treated me—making me sit away from the desk as though I were unwelcome—was demeaning and unacceptable.
