I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with GoAuto, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. My experience has led me to believe that their customer service is among the worst I have ever encountered. This place is the absolute worst as far as customer service the people can tell you absolutely nothing and that's if you're lucky enough to get on the phone with one, i was just on hold for 40 minutes only to be hung up on. the prices are also absolutely ridiculous$152 for just liability anyone would be better off going anywhere else upon paying last month's bill no one told me that I would need to come do a renewal after all it's only their job.....
