I am a loyal customer and I am trying to get in contact with someone in a manager position to speak to about my claim because I can’t get a response from my adjuster his name is Mark Antoon. I have been calling and emailing him and received one letter stating I’m at fault when in fact I’ve gave all the pictures and the other party admitted to being at fault.
