They are absolutely amazing the customer service lady is an absolute godsend and she is so patient and kind as well I'm deeply appreciative of her and everything she does
Mary is amazing! She helped me renew my policy within minutes after their app crashed. I was quite frustrated having to wait in queue, but her attitude and personal customer service made me forget why I was irritated in the first place. Y'all may have a funky app, but it's worth it to be treated like family.
