I’m very happy with this insurance company except waiting for someone to answer the phone it does take a while to be connected to them and this is the only problem I have had with them otherwise I’m happy 😃
I have been on hold 20 minutes and still holding and have not had anyone answer the phone. I called once before and could not get an answer. Is this a legit car insurance company? I will be changing companies next month. I emailed them because 3 excluded drivers I don't even know are on my policy and they said I had to call. I can't chat either BECAUSE that is not available either! !
