I hate that I can’t remember the nice lady’s name that I dealt with but if I could give 100 stars I would. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I called to make a payment and had to renew my policy but ran out of time because I had to get back to work. I asked if we could continue the next day and she was right on time…She was very helpful and informative. Wish everyone had that kind of customer service!
This morning I’ve spoke with Dion and she was amazing help. She helped me understand different things about insurance and the different purposes for it! She was very kind and supportive throughout the process to insure I had all my information and questions answered! Definitely will be considering you guys!
