I have been on the phone on hold for over 1 hour and 30 minutes now and the app keeps crashing and I’m trying to renew my policy before I get a flag on my license
This company deserves no stars. They do not answer their phone and their adjuster does not respond to calls or texts. I have filed a complaint with the LA Department of Insurance and hope that they close this company down.
Had a wreck a week ago with one of their “insured drivers” can’t get anyone on the phone. Fake company from what I can tell.

I recently did a commercial for GoAuto. This was an amazing experience and most importantly; I could add this to my acting resume. Things went for a wrong turn when my agent Lisa Fuller (Actors Choice Talent Agency) and James Baker (Hollywood of the South) falsified information and withheld payment from me.
