This company is awful. They may have fixed the owner's car of the person who hit me, but they completely failed to fix my car. The agent reached out to me with a single phone call which I barely missed and then after 5 attempts to reach the agent to get resolution and leaving multiple messages, I gave up. So my car was left damaged and their car was fixed. Hardly seems fair for a rear end collision. That's the last time I don't call the police for an accident where the other driver is at fault.
