Incredibly welcoming staff. Great variety of classes and intensity levels
I've been to a lot of gyms, and there is something about exercising outdoors that takes the experience to a different level. The trainers are also excellent and very friendly. I also have enjoyed not being in an enclosed place with a bunch of people breathing very heavily. I really like the GOAT , and if you're looking for a work-out place, look no further!

Great community, reasonably priced. Lots of class options but their strength and functional training programs are fantastic.
