Jon at GOAT Heating & A/C provided exceptional service. I have had a recurring issue with the cooling system locking out that other companies had not been able to fix. He answered the phone right away, talked through some quick troubleshooting items and got me on his schedule even on the weekend. So thankful for the excellent customer service and technical expertise. I will be using this company for all my HVAC needs.

The installation of a new 4-ton heat pump system was handled with urgency as my 25 year old had a catastrophic compressor failure. The response time was nothing short of amazing, less than 24 hours from initial contact to complete system installed. The team’s professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. I will absolutely without a doubt be a repeat customer for future HVAC needs.
