As a daily user of this facility, I find the 'Tumbling Figure: Five Stages' art installation to be deeply unsettling. The imagery of a figure in a state of rapid descent looks exactly like someone committing suicide. For those of us working in public safety and crisis intervention, this is a constant, distressing trigger. While I recognize the artistic intent, this placement is counterproductive to maintaining a supportive environment for staff. Elevator is broken, stairwell smells like pot and urine, dirty. Won't let my wife go there alone
It’s your standard Seattle parking garage, but on a steep hill. Plenty of parking most days. Ev stage 2 Chargers here have a 4 hour limit, which can be very inconvenient, especially if they fine you for not getting back in time.
