Coach Chris is the truth when it comes to functional fitness. I booked classes for a youth soccer team and I couldn’t be happier. He’s great with the athletes, very knowledgeable and motivating.
Chris and his staff are phenomenal. We joined roughly 2 - 3 months ago and already have seen results. My Abby has improved her shuttle time from 5.7 to 5.08 seconds. In addition to that, multiple parents and coaches / trainers have told me, "Wow your daughter has gotten a lot faster!" Lastly, and you cant put a value on this, if I can get my 11 year old daughter to love working out a young age this may stick with her for life. Kudos to Chris and his staff for making working out really enjoyable for the kids!
Chris of GoApeFIT is an exceptional trainer - and an exceptional human being.
