We had to bring our 12yr old English Bulldog, Abigail, in for her end of life care. Dr. Ellie was so compassionate and supportive of our saddest day losing our best beloved friend. The staff sent a letter to check on us and we were so grateful for that special touch. This is the only vet we’ll ever bring our pets to. Our 1yr. old Jack Russell’s coming to be fixed. I will leave an update.
Dr Ellie is the best! I will not allow anyone else care for my babies, and I travel almost an hour to either All Animals in Dickson, or to White Bluff Animal clinic in White Bluff, TN- just to have my dogs and cats seen by her. Dr Ellie is caring, and takes her time with pets and pet parents, alike. She is down to Earth, and always friendly - despite very busy clinics in two locations. Dr. Ellie goes above and beyond what I would expect of a vet. Very thorough, willing to try everything to help, and shows up in the middle of the night at the office when I've unfortunately had an emergency with my Onslow.
