Young and inexperienced staff. Booked multiple sessions with an OT. I was discouraged from being in the sessions with my child, but when I collected them I received no information about the sessions or exercises or a program to try at home (other than a printout I could have Googled myself and which told me nothing new). I was told they “might email me something” about what they’d been working on. I’m still waiting. At over $200 a session…pretty disgusted. Amazing staff, supportive and helpful for what i needed
Arrived to scheduled appt at 2pm and was extremely surprised and shocked that doors were closed - no one in the office! I called and it went through to automated message advising office closed. Checked messages and they texted me 13mins prior stating they would reschedule. I had taken day off work and was very upset wasting my time and money! Highly unprofessional. Please re consider using these people, seem dodgy!!
