Amazing staff, supportive and helpful for what i needed
Arrived to scheduled appt at 2pm and was extremely surprised and shocked that doors were closed - no one in the office! I called and it went through to automated message advising office closed. Checked messages and they texted me 13mins prior stating they would reschedule. I had taken day off work and was very upset wasting my time and money! Highly unprofessional. Please re consider using these people, seem dodgy!!
UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT! Please DO NOT waste your time, money and effort with this practice. Extremely concerned and distressed after my horrible experience. Receptionist gives very misleading information in order to “lock you in” but the process is nothing like what was advised/explained. Psychologists aren’t even qualified, they are in their last year of study, still yet to graduate - they work under 1 licensed head psychologist who is male and younger than 30.
