This clinic is such a lovely and calming space. All the admin and practitioners are so friendly & welcoming!
Young and inexperienced staff. Booked multiple sessions with an OT. I was discouraged from being in the sessions with my child, but when I collected them I received no information about the sessions or exercises or a program to try at home (other than a printout I could have Googled myself and which told me nothing new). I was told they “might email me something” about what they’d been working on. I’m still waiting. At over $200 a session…pretty disgusted.
