I am extremely dissatisfied with Goals Plastic Surgery and would rate them zero stars if possible. I paid the full amount of $5,400, three months in advance, for a procedure they were ultimately unable to perform. A comprehensive consultation and planning process were entirely absent; had they been conducted, my surgery would not have been scheduled. Don't go here! Doctors are rude and staff don't care. They will botch you and not care. Save your money and go somewhere respectable. Dr. Perkins is the worse.
Calling people after 10pm is diabolical!!!!!!!!! I can't even bring myself to make an appointment now because that angered me to the core!!!! I asked, why are you calling this late? They said, because yeah, you inquired about our services. I said, "I made a comment on one of your posts and then you guys followed up with a call I had a while ago." Like are you serious? It comes off as desperate, and that's why now I'm like, NO, I won't be making an appointment.
Do not go here. Goals is the McDonalds of plastic surgery. They only cater good results to celebrities because of their social media influence. I went for “arm candy” and back lipo and got off the table looking worst than when I went in. I ask a million times shouldn’t I be getting a lift and they kept suggesting this “arm candy” and showed me so many false advertising pictures. My arms did not come out like the pictures at all.
