My son is very shy and never wants to participate in anything. Goals karate is the first activity he's ever done that he is excited to go back to every week. Mr. Bob and his family are probably the nicest people you will ever meet. Each class is different and the kids always have fun. If you are considering a trial class, do it, you won't regret it!
