Dr. Wexler was extremely thoughtful, listened, answered all of my questions, and gave me great education. She looked at the full picture and was extremely helpful in making recommendations even though my underlying issue isn’t viral.
She had a nice bedside manner in the sense that she was personable and kind, but didn't even think to order labs for me? She based all of her information on labs from a year ago and passed me off to rheumatology. I'm becoming more and more disillusioned with medical doctors. I would have been better off spending $500 for a lyme literate practitioner who would actually try to get to the root cause of my problems--an untreated infection. I always have a fantastic experience with Dr. Wexler and her entire staff! From the moment I walk in, the office has a welcoming atmosphere, and I’m impressed by the minimal wait time. Dr. Wexler takes her time to listen to all of my concerns and explains everything thoroughly. Her staff is friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I am so relieved after my appointment with Dr. Ellen Wexler! After discovering an engorged tick on my body, I had been struggling with Lyme disease symptoms for the past six weeks.
