I’ve worked out at Goals for three years and it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Clean, don’t have to wait for equipment, and good crowd. Highly recommend this local gym!

Goals gym is great! They have all the equipment that I need for strength training and cardio. The gym is clean, quiet, and open twenty-four hours. The manager is a sweetheart and does a fabulous job of keeping everything in good condition.
This is the best gym I have ever been to. The equipment is all brand new and super nice with a huge variety of free weights, machines, and cardio stuff. Its open 24/7 and never too busy. They also keep it very clean from the bathrooms to the floors to the equipment. On top of all of that, the membership is super affordable and the owners are friendly. I would recommend Goals to anyone!
Goals gym is by far one of the best privately owned gyms in Cache Valley. I love the fact that it is 24/7 so I can come and go as I please, all the equipment is brand new, has instructions on how to use it and some even have cool little features that will count your reps ! It is ALWAYS clean which is a big plus for me, the layout is very user friendly and you’re able to find just what you need easily.
