Tried for 3 days to schedule a pick-up to the airport with 808Express. After the initial email and call, I had to continually follow-up to get a cost estimate, finally received the estimate the day prior of departure. It took them another day to respond to my request to reserve the pick-up and then they had the audacity to provide a more expensive estimate…the day of my departure. Fortunately, our hotel gave us a ride to the airport for a quarter of the price. 808 is shady and will delay your request so they can price gouge ... read more

Excellent experience with Go808 Express! The service was incredibly convenient from start to finish, and everything ran right on schedule. Jason did a fantastic job—he was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the punctuality and great communication. I would absolutely use Go808 Express again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable transportation in Hawaii.

Couldn't be happier with my transportation to and from the airport. When my first flight to oahu was cancelled and changed to the next day, GO808 switched my transportation to the next day without issue, and when we decided to stay a couple extra days they once again switched my transportation for me. I received pictures and license plate numbers of the transport vehicles for both arrival and departure which made everything feel a bit safer. They provided car seats which was an added bonus. We booked a shuttle van to pick up our family of 4 from the airport to our hotel in Waikiki. We were tired from the long flight and were supposed to have our driver waiting for us at the pickup location. We waited over an hour in the heat and humidity for our driver to arrive. We have two young children so it was very stressful looking around for the van and talking to each driver to ask if they were ours, which they were not because our driver was late.
