Overall very positive Experiance with go for rent. 1. Johnathan Green went above and beyond to help us get into a house when moving from across the country. 2. They were very straightforward in the application process and the documentation needed. 3. I have not had any issues with the rental company or the owner of the property that I rent from them. Overall very satisfied with the service and do not quite understand the reviews based on my experience
My landlord uses this company to process and manage payments. From what I can tell from most of the good reviews, this company is great (and probably cheap) for the landlords, but for the tenants, you can only use ACH payments by linking a bank account. On top of that, once you link an account, it is impossible to change to a different one if you need to. When I try unlinking, the website, it just crashes and leaves the same account linked. Terrible service, cannot recommend against using them enough
Honestly, would have been less than one star but I had to select at least one. This company is unprofessional and seems to be some sort of scam. It took weeks for me to even get someone on the phone to view the actual property due to the individual listed as the contact for the property Tammy Wiltz being unavailable to speak with it and only communicating via text until I left a voicemail stating my concern.
