Go4Rent does very thorough tenant screening. As a listing agent and landlord I greatly appreciate the valuable insight they give on applicants. Their application portal is very easy to use and review documents and the customer service is top notch. I appreciate the lengths they go to to verify tenant applications and appreciate the additional services they offer such as RentSurety. Couldn't recommend them enough it is a great local Houston business.
Be cautious when considering this company. The application process was incredibly painful, invasive, with extensive requests for personal financial information, including multiple bank statements, a detailed credit report, and a comprehensive review of my payment history at my current residence. Applying for a $1,750 rental felt more like securing a million dollar loan. They combed through our finances as thoroughly as if going through my laundry, only to deny the application in the end.
