surprised that they'd get 1.7 score. i would give it a minus 10. totally unethical. first time working with them for 3 interpreting jobs in 2 months early part of this year. i am sure you guessed it, Frank totally ignored calls and emails by putting the manager in the front line for a while. i think the manager has quit having to deal with him. he didn't give it a damn when i told him i'd contact the attorneys i worked for and file for small claim. he needs to be exposed for this egregious conduct. spread the word!! ... read more
