I highly recommend Prime Roofing! They just replaced our old, problematic two-layer flat roof ( foam over hot tar) – what a mess) with a new low-slope TPO system over ISO board, and the results are outstanding. Excellent experience from start to finish. I had some broken concrete tiles that needed replaced. Cindy, in the office, scheduled me right away and Scott examined my roof. He took pictures of the broken tiles so I did not have to get on the roof. The concrete tiles were discontinued however, he was able to find some tiles from a vendor. He installed them and caulked all my roof vents. He was extremely professional, prompt, and kept me up to date on his progress when looking for the replacement tile.
