Rating 5 stars for the driver of the vehicle 1HAS 992 being a 5 star bell end. Merges like an absolute donut. Floored it so that he was virtually touching the bumper of the car in front of them forcing me to stop in my lane and wait for him to pass, before I could merge properly. Clearly they are unaware of the merging concept "merge like a zip". Luckily, everyone else could comprehend that concept, so we worked it out around him.
